Dogs for Sale

Occasionally we will have started and finished dogs for sale.  These dogs will be healthy and are as represented.  We will demonstrate their performance in the field for prospective owners.  Their level of experience is usually unmatched as we travel north in the early fall to expose the dogs to sharptail grouse and young pheasants and south to Texas in the coldest part of winter for quail.  Kansas is one of the top bird hunting states in the nation with the world’s largest prairie chicken population and a top tier state for both pheasant and quail.  Wild birds plus our exceptional early training on our own grounds help develop and polish good prospects.  We currently have prospects for sale.

  Belle (Rock Candy Mountain)

Belle:  White and black 50 pound female is as tough as they come.  She is broke “over the hill” as they say - we have taken upwards of 20 minutes to get to some of her points.  Broke steady to wing and shot, backs on sight, and handles to voice and whistle commands.  She is an excellent bird finder that really digs them up.  She has been hunted extensively on quail, pheasant and chickens from North Dakota to Texas and most states in between.  She has just turned five – never bred and has House’s Rain Cloud and Therapy in her bloodline.  She exudes class running and on point and will make you proud to take your friends hunting.  $3,500
